A fiber loopback is a critical diagnostic tool for testing fiber optic networks. It tests the transmission capability and signal integrity of the network components such as transceivers, network cards, and network connections.

FOCONEC supplies a Multimode SC Fiber Optic Loopback Module, providing a return media for an optical signal, no matter whether the signal is for testing purposes or network restoration.

By creating a signal loop from a transmitter to a receiver within one SC loopback plug, it forms the optical link which allows testing of optical network segment by segment.

Similar to a regular fiber patch cord, our multimode SC fiber optic loopback is available in multimode OM1, OM2, OM3, or OM4 fiber. Each fiber loopback cable is functionally tested before delivery.
